There were terrace and it's own balcony in the room, enjoyed that. Location: the hotel was close enough to the Catedral, market and the old town of Santiago...

Conveniently located in the heart of the old town. Excellent service and ultimate comfort. Accommodating staff, always ready to help. Good value for money.

WiFi was not available. IP address was not assigned by DHCP server. Then, I asked the receptionist to reset it. But, she never do it and continued to say that there is no problem. I asked only reset DHCP, though. I could not access to internet until my departure.

Firstly, it was not specified that the Double room we booked was with two separate beds (Twin beds) or with one double bed. It has to be specified I think as a couple has the need to sleep together in a comfortable double bed and not two separate beds put together. It's not comfortable. And, the cleaners making noises fairly early in the morning.outside my room..

The room was great-sized and well-appointed with own washroom and the overall experience was excellent. Central heating, television and a writing table were good.

The staff were very unhelpful, didn't expect that coming.

We needed Wheelchair Accessible room with balcony, a great view, the outdoor patio and it was available. The place had a FAMILY atmosphere.

The value for money at the hotel was excellent, and the room provided everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom with hot water. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from both the old and new towns, and the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming.

We had an excellent experience at the hotel. The staff was friendly and eager to help us with everything we needed. The room was just what we needed and the bathroom had hot water. The location was great, within walking distance of the city center and the bus station. The balcony in our room had a nice view. Breakfast was good, and overall it was a great value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

The breakfast was super delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was beyond friendly, always there to assist and ensure our stay was perfect. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the city center and bus station. The view from the balcony was jaw-dropping. The beautiful building had everything we needed, including online check-in and a convenient key code system. The hotel was pet-friendly, which was AMAZING because we could bring our furry friend along. Our family room was spacious and even had a terrace for our dog. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The only small downside was the lack of a kettle, but everything else was mind-blowing. Highly recommended for fellow travelers!

The location of the hotel was great, close to the city center and right in front of the market. It was convenient to have parking nearby, and the fact that the hotel was pet-friendly was amazing. We were pleased to find that the family room we stayed in was spacious, with a terrace for our dog to go out during the night. The beds were comfortable, and overall, the room was clean. The staff was also really nice and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that disappointed us. The first room we were given had some issues with the bathroom, such as flaking paint and mold on the grouting and silicone.
